Official Giveaway Rules

OFFICIAL RULES – THE TRADES TOOL FUND GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Sponsor

The Trades Co. ("Sponsor") is conducting the Tool Fund Giveaway ("Giveaway").

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on April 24, 2026 and ends at 7:00 AM Central Time (CT) on July 10, 2026 ("Giveaway Period").

How to Enter

Purchase Entry:

Each qualifying order placed at www.thetradesco.com during the Giveaway Period will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):

To receive one (1) free entry without making a purchase, participants must:

1. Follow @thetradesco on Instagram.

2. Send an email to info@thetradesco.com during the Giveaway Period with the subject line:

"Tool Fund Giveaway Entry"

3. Include the following information in the email:

• Full Name

• Email Address

• City and State of Residence

• Instagram Username

Limit one (1) free entry per person.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify Instagram follow status before awarding a prize.

Instagram Participation

Following @thetradesco on Instagram is required for the free alternate method of entry but is not required for purchase-based entries.

Instagram is not a sponsor, administrator, or participant in this Giveaway.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) MidwestBoots.com Gift Card valued at $300 USD.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on July 10, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's first name, trade, city, state, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Winner List

To request the name of the winner after the drawing, send an email to info@thetradesco.com with the subject line:

"Tool Fund Giveaway Winner Request"

Requests must be received within 30 days following the winner selection date.
